End-of-Summer Harvest Dinner

The air is blissfully cooler, the days are ending earlier, we're already thinking about Thanksgiving flights... Utilizing vegetables sourced from Allendale Farms and Eva's Garden, Rifrullo putting together a vegetarian dinner that honors local produce and gives members of our community an opportunity to celebrate together. Come, connect, have fun!

Tentative menu:

  • White Spanish Gazpacho with Sweet Corn

  • Salt-baked Potatoes with Lemon Aioli

  • Turkish Zucchini Fritters with Garlic Yogurt

  • Crudites, Housemade Crackers and Dips/Spreads

  • Summer Vegetable Lasagna

  • Pickled Fennel and Green Beans

  • Peach Cobbler with Whipped Cream

  • Basil Limeade (great mixer!)
